Will I ever be charged per client or per session?
Never. Solo is free for up to 5 clients forever — your first client has full features, and every client always has calendar and messaging. Therapist (Pro) unlocks full features for unlimited clients on a flat per-seat price. Families never need a paid account to receive scaffolds, weekly recaps, or share progress.
Can I switch plans later, or cancel?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We prorate the difference and never charge a setup fee. All scaffolds, journals, and parent links travel with you.
How is my client's data protected?
PlayScaffold is COPPA- and FERPA-aligned. We do not sell, share, or train models on student data. Institution plans include a signed BAA for clinical settings, plus audit logs and full data export.
Is there a trial of the Therapist plan?
Yes — every Therapist plan starts with a 30-day free trial, no card required. If it isn't the right fit, your workspace gracefully returns to the free Solo plan; nothing is lost.
Do you offer non-profit or public-school discounts?
Of course. Registered non-profits, public clinics, and student practitioners receive 40% off Therapist. Reach out from your work email and we'll happily set it up.
